Return Policy:
■ Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for full refund.
■ Items ineligible for return:
● Worn items
● Stained and/or torn items
■ Customers who have items that are ineligible for return can still receive store credit or refund of half of the purchase price with proof of donation of the item to any local clothing donation organization.
● Emailed proof can be sent to noirecompanycontact@gmail.com
○ Please be sure to have your package sent to a guaranteed address. Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier it becomes their responsibility and your responsibility to file a report with the shipping carrier if your package becomes lost or stolen. Four Noire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Shipping Policy
■ Pre orders will have a specified shipping date under the product. Manufacturing delays are out of our control.
■ Once your order has been confirmed and shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. You can track your packaging using the carrier’s
website.
